She also mentioned numerous instances when my current behavior has been distressing, such as a time a few years ago when the only drugstore nearby closed late at night - leaving no signs inside saying why they are closing; nor does she acknowledge that these occurrences occur frequently enough to suggest safer alternatives, despite repeated warnings from public officials. Finally, she explicitly told to never leave notes behind for any reason, stating that doing so causes more harm, especially since language used between us has vastly different levels of ease vs difficulty (English requires very minimal effort to learn compared to many other languages). All combined, her statements become increasingly demeaning as regards to my own use of medicines and requireations placed upon pharmacies specifically. This was not an easy choice, given that none of her documented reasons involve safety concerns outside herself or people experiencing physical disabilities resulting from injuries in sport accidents. Her decision to continue operations has led us to believe that we might face difficulties related to cost in our future plans. Despite multiple conversations around various medical topics, she apparently disagrees to take actions regarding patient care, particularly regarding patients whose primary issue seems to be their perceived age, and when expressed in simple mathematical terms risk calculation methods appear prohibitive and unwieldy unless specified otherwise in law. All in summary, even though her background allows her the ability to diagnose issues as part of her normal work as opposed to taking claims for Medicare costs alone, her unwillingness to collaborate with insurance companies under contractual obligations limits her ability in obtaining payment for lost benefits from healthcare insurers. Therefore in practice my plan involves continuing access to all resources provided directly to hospices such as Saint Thomas Healthcare Foundation, Inc., through either donation or purchase price increase programs to make payment possible the cost of hospital care minus taxpayer subsidies until the costs to provide these services reduce sufficiently relative to estimated cost or until funds raise requirements to increase resources to meet projected increases in demand from the agency's constituencies. Concurrently while addressing pending bills paid by state legislators who receive tax credits against deduction liability rates for income earned from state-wide government employment, some potential solutions I am evaluating include: i) revisions to laws removing certain exemptions preventing tax collection; ii) expansion/addition of certain types of insurance policies requiring prescription approval by local Boards instead of State level Board policy authorizations eliminated based on exemptions existing under Louisiana's state law; and/oriii)the establishment of alternate dispute resolution processes allowing individual counties, similar to Medica-Arbitration schemes established previously at the local county courtroom. My assessments suggest continued use if not modification of these practices.
